Travel Assistance We were pulling our travel trailer from Missouri to California to attend a family camp out. While traveling through Albuquerque, NM we experienced pro We were pulling our travel trailer from Missouri to California to attend a family camp out. While traveling through Albuquerque, NM we experienced problems with our Ford Excursion. Power Ford was recommended to us by employees at a local RV park. When we arrived at Power Ford we were greeted by Carlos, who said he would get us in right away. After diagnosing the problem and ordering parts, Carlos made arrangements for a shuttle driver take us back to the RV park. Once the parts arrived and repairs were made Carlos had the shuttle driver pick us up at the RV park and taken back to Power Ford to pick up our vehicle. I want to thank the members of the Power Ford service staff. From the service writer Carlos, the mechanics that worked hard to identify the problems and make the necessary repairs, the parts department that expedited the parts, to the curtious shuttle driver. Our family camping trip would have been a bust if not for Power Ford. Thank You! More

Completed as promised Had problem with car stuttering when starting from a dead stop and accelerating. They determined it was the clutch.
