The staff do not do what they say they will do and are not customer focused but only interested in the sale. I ordered a Mustang Mach-E at the beginning of March and it arrived damaged in early July. I asked that they look after the car and keep it shaded as the new batteries are damaged by extreme heat. My requests were ignored until I went to the repair-shop and made an issue of it. They did not keep me informed of any of the work being done and ignored my requests to do so. Apparently, if it doesn't result in an immediate sale, you do not matter to the sales team. More
