I took my RV in for service, my RV was vandalized while in Power Ford's possession, the service guy I was working with named Vicente told me my RV had been vandalized while on their lot, the side panel was in Power Ford's possession, the service guy I was working with named Vicente told me my RV had been vandalized while on their lot, the side panel was busted open and on the ground to the outside panel of the refrigerator where they tried to steal the copper lines and messed with the wiring, also the problem I took my RV in to have fixed ,the problem still exists. Matt the manager of service at Power Ford refuses to take any responsibility. More

Made an appointment to look at and purchase a truck at 8:30am since I was told the sales team would be in a meeting until then. Confirmed my appointment and the truck I was looking at at 8:10 was there by 8:30am since I was told the sales team would be in a meeting until then. Confirmed my appointment and the truck I was looking at at 8:10 was there by 8:25 at the LATEST. Was told someone else came in earlier to look at the same truck. I said I was there pre-qualified for the truck and ready to purchase. Since the keys were given to someone else to test drive before me they had first right to the truck. Their credit has not been pulled and they had no appointment. I was told I was “too late” and it was theirs if they wanted it. Terrible business in my opinion as I was clear I was there to make a purchase. I came ready with my financing in place, trade ready to go, and yet they could not sell me the vehicle. Spoke to the manager Ave Cooley and he was no help as “this only happens twice a year so there is no reason to change the protocol” will never purchase or service through Power Ford if this is the way they do business.
