I wasn't expecting to be purchasing a car when I was contacted by Ford to test drive the car I was eyeing. But ended up being 30mins later then I scheduled cuz I just didn't know where it was. So when Patrick was understandably Missing to be my sales guy when I should have called. But braeden was nice enough to help me instead. He was so nice and friendly. Didn't know what I was doing but he was patient and helpful. Granted I was an easy sale with the only thing I was looking for was a tinted jetta. He could have been a jerk and try to sell me extra things. I never had to sit waiting for too long when he processed my info and made me feel like a VIP. On top of that he was very handsome smelled pleasant and I'm thankful for the whole experience buying my car. More

My wife and I drove up from Tucson, Arizona to finalize the purchase of a 2022 F-150 Lariat. My sales person was Cassandra Sanchez, and on Wednesday March 2, with the help of her sales supervisor, Curtis the purchase of a 2022 F-150 Lariat. My sales person was Cassandra Sanchez, and on Wednesday March 2, with the help of her sales supervisor, Curtis Jones, we agreed on a deal. On Wednesday evening, I asked Mr. Jones to send me a purchase agreement. I was told that they had 3 people look at the car after we had decided we wanted it. They were an honest dealership, we had to trust them and they had trusted us, by not selling the truck out from under us. Thursday, my wife and I left Tucson at 5 in the morning, and drove to Power Ford to finalize the deal on the truck. Curtis Jones was off work that day, and he had told me he would be, and we were helped in sales by Cassandra and Justin Bent. The service throughout the afternoon from Cassandra and Justin was outstanding. They looked at our trade, they showed us their truck (Beautiful), informed us of a small problem on the steering wheel cover and gave us a cash discount to fix it and we filled out a purchase agreement so that we could work out the numbers exactly. Everything was great, and Justin and Cassandra were wonderful to work with. We went back to finance to fill out the final paper work with Mr. Tholund, who informed us about extended warrantees etc. Everything was going great, we started to fill out the final "paper work" on an iPad and $652 additional dollars showed up that we now owed! Mr. Tholund informed us that all of his figures were from the sales managers office and he went to talk to them. When he returned, he said the sales manager said that he would give us another $300 for our trade! I believe Mr. Tholund was doing his job with the numbers given to him by the sales manager, and I thanked him, shook his hand and told him we were no longer interested in the truck. My car keys were returned by Cassandra and Justin and I walked out very disappointed. They were very supportive and understanding and I hold no ill toward either one of them. The overall General Sales Manager came out to our car and told me he would find out exactly where the $652 added dollars had come from and would send me a message on my phone. I shook his hand and told him thank you. It is now Sunday evening, March 6, I haven't received a message. This is from a General Sales manager of a dealership worth millions of dollars. My word is my character, and means much more to mean than paper work, money etc.. As a automobile purchaser you need to realize that for SOMEONE AT POWER FORD, $652 IS WHAT THEIR CHARATER IS WORTH. I don't know the specific person that made that decision to add an addition $652 dollars, thinking that we would just miss it as we quickly hits buttons on an iPad, but I do know the the General Sales Manager is where the buck stops when it comes to sales. I have bought MULTIPLE new vehicles in my life, and I have seen this many times before. I have never seen a mistake made in MY FAVOR at a dealership. My advice to you, if you are reading this is, use Cassandra and Justin if you HAVE TO BUY a car from this dealership, but you better do your math, because evidently sales management has no character, YOU will be responsible for making sure you are getting the deal you were given. My guess is, if you catch it, they will say it was just a mistake and correct it. Think about that for a minute. Sales Management deals with multiple deals a day. Do you really think large businesses stay in business by making $600+ "mistakes"!? Unfortunately, good salespeople and all their hard work are at the mercy of the sales management, and to me that was the saddest part about this day. More
