I had been shopping around for a New Car, I had made the decision to go with a KIA since I had owned the spectra before and loved it. I first started talking to Jake Ray through the online instant messenger and he was very nice and answered every question I had. I went into the shop a few days later after a little bit more shopping, and test drove the KIA Forte, I instantly fell in love with the car, it was perfect. Jake went over every detail with me in full and again answered all the questions I had. Few days later I decided to purchase the car and he was able to find the perfect one I wanted, color, options, etc.. Took 2 days to get here and it was flawless when I received it. I would shop here again and recommend it to anyone, the customer service here was beyond excellent. Thank you again! More

So I'm a first time car buyer but this experience overall wasn't too bad. The sales consultant was helpful and willing to help work with us on the price when we showed him we did our research on the overall wasn't too bad. The sales consultant was helpful and willing to help work with us on the price when we showed him we did our research on the car with the internet price,kbb and the fact that we had a price for another similar car if the Honda place in Salem. It wasn't the most awesome deal but it was a good fair price for what the car was. The worst part was the waiting around to even go in and sign the papers which took longer than looking at the actual car. Another thing that we weren't happy about was the fact that when we did decide to get the car after originally having no intentions of buying that day, they were very adamant about us bringing in a down payment check that same day to hold the car for us as well as being very iffy on whether they'd be willing to wait a month or less for us to get the money for the remaining balance. Overall, nice people, good cars that you can negotiate the price on if it is reasonable. The only word of advice is to know what you are going to do about paying for it before hand and making sure they understand your plan and agree to it and abide by it. Besides these little things I have no problem recommending this place. More
