I waited a long time to talk with someone at Subaru and finally the sales manager came out to talk with me. He was not able to answer any of my questions, and was a bit abrupt. I felt like I was annoying him. My experience working with Jim Roden, of Power Kia was exceptional. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and in a genuine "can I help you way." He is a nice guy, a regular person...doing a job. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Jim was professional, funny, and knew a lot about Kia's. What Jim didn't know he was honest and willing to get the information for me. I also really appreciated that after the sale, Jim took the time to go over my new car with me. He reviewed the manual and how to find information when I need to. He showed me how to program my car, and took the time to make sure I understood each feature of my new vehicle. I wasn't planning on purchasing a car on the day I went in. I was going to "shop" for awhile eventually getting my new car. I was so impressed with the caliber of professionalism exhibited by Jim, I went ahead and bought one. Please let Jim know that his efforts are appreciated.
