This is the 2nd car we have purchased from this dealership. We enjoy the people, had a great time, and we plan to come back soon for another purchase. Lisa really went out of her way to get me what I wanted and make sure I was happy. She's not at all like a typical car sales person. She's someone I'd enjoy just hanging out with anytime. In fact, I'm a helicopter pilot and I've already arranged for a free short scenic flight for her!!! LOVE YOU LISA!!!!! More
Michael and Larry worked hard to get us in to a Kia. We were not easily converted from our Toyota history. We were impressed with the Optima on several levels - Aesthetics, quality, warranty, and comfort were not easily converted from our Toyota history. We were impressed with the Optima on several levels - Aesthetics, quality, warranty, and comfort while driving. Mike and Larry both were creative in coming up with an incredible deal on an incredible car. We already have pointed our family and friends in to the Kia direction, and will recommend the Salem dealership in the future. We stopped in to look at the Optimas just as they were locking up for the night. Jim came over as my wife locked on to a color she liked and talked to us for several minutes with no rush for us to leave. locking up for the night. We asked for his card and told him we would return the next day which we did. He went for a ride with us the next morning and we were sold on him and my wife was definitely sold on the color. We received a good price for our 12 year old trade-in, a dealer reduction to msrp and an incentive for a competing car (the list is large) and arrived at a workable price for a car with far more options than we thought we would be able to get. Jim is an upbeat sales person and we would go back to this dealership or recommend it to others especially if Jim is there. No pressure. More
I have a 2 year old son and I work full time, I don't have the time to spend all day on a weekend away from him. When I called a few days prior to going in to test drive the Sorento I spoke to Jim. He wa have the time to spend all day on a weekend away from him. When I called a few days prior to going in to test drive the Sorento I spoke to Jim. He was so helpful and even gave me rough quotes based on my wants. I setup an appt Sunday to test drive the car, he was so friendly and helpful. The first offer that came from finace was insulting (like I was an idiot who did no research before coming into the dealership). I told Jim this and explained to him I was not going to inch closer to my bottom line a hundred or a thousand at a time. He relayed my feelings and the second offer brought to me I accepted. I appreciated so much the no BS attitude. Jim was very thorough explaining the features of the Sorento and the xxxxxxand con's to AWD. I usually do not trust car salesman but Jim I did. He truly seemed to be on my side. More

Lisa was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, and she answered all of our questions perfectly. She gave us information via e-mail before we came in, then had the vehicle ready for us to test when we arri answered all of our questions perfectly. The car was a great price to began with ,then after some talking with Lisa ,she got the price down significantly fro from the kia power lot in Salem. She also went a step further and put a half a tank of gas in the car out of her own pocket .i never felt pressure while i was there and my experience was fantastic. Lisa was more like an old friend . She walked me through all of the power lots in the area and had a car brought from out of town for me to look at .so over all i would give my experience a 10/10. More
