We stopped in to look at the Optimas just as they were locking up for the night. We asked for his card and told him we would return the next day which we did. He went for a ride with us the next morning and we were sold on him and my wife was definitely sold on the color. We received a good price for our 12 year old trade-in, a dealer reduction to msrp and an incentive for a competing car (the list is large) and arrived at a workable price for a car with far more options than we thought we would be able to get. Jim is an upbeat sales person and we would go back to this dealership or recommend it to others especially if Jim is there. No pressure. More

I have a 2 year old son and I work full time, I don't have the time to spend all day on a weekend away from him. When I called a few days prior to going in to test drive the Sorento I spoke to Jim. He was so helpful and even gave me rough quotes based on my wants. I setup an appt Sunday to test drive the car, he was so friendly and helpful. The first offer that came from finace was insulting (like I was an idiot who did no research before coming into the dealership). I told Jim this and explained to him I was not going to inch closer to my bottom line a hundred or a thousand at a time. He relayed my feelings and the second offer brought to me I accepted. I appreciated so much the no BS attitude. Jim was very thorough explaining the features of the Sorento and the pro's and con's to AWD. I usually do not trust car salesman but Jim I did. He truly seemed to be on my side. More

Lisa was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, and she answered all of our questions perfectly.
