This is the second car that I leased through Precision Acura. I am always very impressed by Jim's professionalism mixed with such caring and kindness. He goes above and beyond! Jim took a lot of time to explain all the features of my 2010 RDX and even helped me setup some of the personal touches. When I drove off the lot, I felt very comfortable with the car and all the fabulous features. Whenever I walk into Precision Acura, I know that I will receive the best care and attention. This goes from the sales team to the service team! I only have the highest praise for Jim Swett and Precision Acura! I am so satisfied with Jim and the dealership that for the first time in over 25 years my father is switching from Mercedes to Acura. More

It was my 7th car purchase and the best experience of them all. I was totally stunned when I did not have to haggle. They gave me a fair price on the trade-in and car to be purchased. I went with credit union financing, but they gave me a better rate on the loan. I had already found an extended warranty and they beat that price by $900. The car was spotless when I returned to pick it up. More
I have been a Lexus owner for the last seventeen years but given the staleness of the Lexus product lines (the only really new product they have put out in the last four years is the hybrid that in my opi but given the staleness of the Lexus product lines (the only really new product they have put out in the last four years is the hybrid that in my opinion is a disaster that doesn't deserve the Lexus badge), I decided to look elsewhere when it became time to trade my 2007 Lexus ES 350.My first stop was Precision Acura of Princeton.In apporoximately one hour, I had agreed to purchase a new 2010 Acura TL. The salesperson I dealt with at Precision Acura was named Mike Vozza.He did a terrific job of explaining the features of the Acura to me and took the necessary time to fully go over all the features and controls to me.I confess I am not the most technologically sophisticated person, but Mike really did a great job explaining things to me. was offered a fair value for my trade and paid for my new TL on the spot. Lexus is generally regarded as the "gold standard" of customer service,but I must admit my buying experience with Precision Acura of Princeton was equal to or superior to my experience to Lexus in all respects.
