He assured us that we could call him at any time and he has recently followed up witha phone call to see how we were enjoying the car. At this point and time, we could not be happier with our Acura and the dealership and especially Ronnie DuBow More
I requested an online quote and Mike Vozza got back to me in a timely fashion with a very good price. I have dealt with Precision Acura since I purchased my first vehicle from them in 2002. Sales people ar in a timely fashion with a very good price. I have dealt with Precision Acura since I purchased my first vehicle from them in 2002. Sales people are very knowledgeable about the cars, do not use high pressure sales tactics, are very professional in all respects. I have also had wonderful experiences with the service dept. at Precision Acura, not only the service managers but also with the service technicians. If my car needs a new head lamp bulb, I buy it from the parts dept. and Rodney Bruegger, one of the service managers installs it for me for free. I had a problem with the car (can't recall what it was now) but it involved a couple of conversations with the service manager and one of the technicians who was very helpful and patient in explaining the situation to me. Everyone is truly a pleasure to deal with. More
I am very pleased with the service I received from the sales team at Precision Acura. I am living in North Jersey but have lived in Mercer County for 25 years. My dad and I had been into Precision befor sales team at Precision Acura. I am living in North Jersey but have lived in Mercer County for 25 years. My dad and I had been into Precision before to just browse at cars looking for him and myself. I was dealing with Ramsey Acura which was a nice dealer but found to be playing games with the price of my trade and giving me a 'lower' price on the TSX. This I did not appreciate - as I had to figure out their game. Tom Thorton took care of my email inquiries and gave me a great price - enough to take me into the dealership. Tom Gattorno basically drove the deal more than anyone and did the rest with negotiating for my car and finalizing the lowest price as a compromise from Ramsey on the new TSX. Tom personally saved me over $1,000 and I truly appreciate that. If there was a thank you or positive survey response it would go to you more than anyone. Mark did help and answered/explained everything I needed to know about how to run the basics of my car and get me started. He spent plenty of time with me/us to show me features, down to storage and little 'ins and outs' the car had to offer. I (we) are overly impressed with the quality and value of the product Acura puts out on the road. My parents currently are on their second Lexus and after trading in an Infiniti myself we are seeing things that Acura does focusing on customer satisfaction and attention to detail that no car company does that we have seen thus far. Considering the awards of excellence etc. I found it to be true that Precision Acura was a step above the rest in actually caring about the customer - not just what it took to get their name of a plaque. Several weeks ago my wife and I walked into the Precision Acura dealership contemplating a new MDX. We were considering a few other like vehicles from competing manufacturers, but ultimately decided to go w Acura dealership contemplating a new MDX. We were considering a few other like vehicles from competing manufacturers, but ultimately decided to go with the MDX for several reasons. Our sales associate, Ronnie DuBow, priced the vehicle we wanted and we indicated we would think about it and let him know when we had made a decision. Simultaneously, we had friends who were shopping for a similar vehicle who had decided to buy an MDX as well. We both went to our separate local Acura dealerships and asked each of them to give us a best and final offer on two MDXs. Initially, the other Acura dealership came in with a better price and as much as we appreciated Ronnie and his assistance we informed him we were going to take the better price. Once we contacted the “winning” dealership and informed the salesperson we would be coming in the following Saturday to pick up the new cars we were told the price was going to be around one hundred dollars more a month than initially quoted. Needless to say that dealership immediately lost our business and Acura, in general, almost lost both MDX sales. Because Ronnie seemed like a good guy, had worked well with us and patiently answered our questions, we decided to give him a call and restart our discussion with him. Due to the fact that Ronnie DuBow was honest, up-front and delivered the vehicles we wanted when we wanted them, without hassle, or suddenly inflated pricing, we arrived at Precision Acura the next Saturday and left with two brand new MDXs which we have thoroughly enjoyed so far. Thank you Ronnie. We have also referred a third friend who is now in discussions with Ronnie for a third MDX. More
Great non-nonsense dealership. They gave us the best price around, delivered as promised .Very professional and intelligent people. Tom answered all our questions on the phone promptly even on a very bu price around, delivered as promised .Very professional and intelligent people. Tom answered all our questions on the phone promptly even on a very busy day during memorial day week-end. I had to wait sometimes for a week with other Acura dealers just to get a call back. Eric was very patient and professional with us - and worked efficiently on every aspects of the process. The finance manager explained all their options very objectively. We've been looking around to buy a new car for more than a year, and they got or business - even more: they got us as clients for many more years to come! More
Purchasing an automobile was not on my husband's and my agenda yesterday, but realizing that time was surely running out after having driven many, many miles in our 2003 Honda we decided it would be prude agenda yesterday, but realizing that time was surely running out after having driven many, many miles in our 2003 Honda we decided it would be prudent to investigate buying a new car. Because our experiences driving Acuras and Hondas over the years were very positive, we decided to explore our options at Precision Acura in Princeton. What a fortunate decision this proved to be! Our salesman, Ronnie Du Bow, welcomed us enthusiastically and warmly, and sought to learn exactly what we wanted. He attentively listened to our questions, and answered every query with knowledge and great patience. What was most important to him evidenced by the questions he asked about our needs, the many miles we travel by car, and our comfort was his customers' full satisfaction. What is more, he is insightful and anticipated questions that had not occurred to us to ask, answering them comprehensively. He is extraordinarily bright and witty and possesses genuinely winning ways that make him a true asset to his employer, and a blessing to consumers who are considering making a big purchase. Meeting a gentleman of Ronnie Du Bow's caliber was a truly fortunate happening for us, so meeting another outstandingly fine individual in the same place on this occasion cause us to feel richly blessed. After our signing our sales contract with Mr. Du Bow, he introduced us to Debrow Kent, the Business Manager, who described and explained the many options that we could choose to enhance our purchase. He is very articulate, gracious, accommodating, and most generous with his time. We believe we made well-informed choices because of the time and the full explanations Mr. Kent gave us. Please know that we deeply appreciate all of the assistance we received from these two special gentlemen in purchasing a 2010 Acura, and we shall not hesitate to seek their answers to any questions that may arise during the beginning days of driving our new car. Overall, great experience. I had already purchased a TL from Precision and had all my car service completed there, so I was pretty familiar with the dealership. This purchase was a better experience than from Precision and had all my car service completed there, so I was pretty familiar with the dealership. This purchase was a better experience than my last one. It was a pleasure to work with Mark Gershman and Tom T. I had shopped via internet (edmunds) and Precision was competitive with Bridgewater (Precision was a little higher) and Open Road (Precision was lower). We were able to agree on price, there were no hidden fees, unexpected charges or payment miscalculations (happened last time). All in all, fine experience. More
Our experience at Precision Acura over the past two days--we bought a 2010 RDX and a Pre-Owned 2009 TSX, trading in a 1999 Honda Accord and a 2001 Mercedes E320 Wagon in the process--was the most satis days--we bought a 2010 RDX and a Pre-Owned 2009 TSX, trading in a 1999 Honda Accord and a 2001 Mercedes E320 Wagon in the process--was the most satisfying we've ever had at any dealer, anywhere. Ronnie Du Bow, in Sales, could not have been nicer, calmer, more thorough, straightforward and professional in explaining everything we needed to know amd Debro Kent, in Finance, went through each document we had to sign, line by line--responding to our questions completely and clearly, with an attention to detail I personally have never seen at any automobile dealership, anywhere. There was not a moment when either my wife or I ever felt rushed or pressured and when we returned home at 8 p.m last night, the deals complete, everything signed and driving our two cars, we had no second thoughts, reservations or concerns. Remarkable, considering that this was not a simple transaction, but one that required mutual trust, patience and fair dealing; resulting, ultimately, in two very happy customers, ready to give Precision Acura the highest recommendation possible. The best experience ever. Received the quote, negotiated a price, and confirmed the availability of the vehicle, fast paper work, picked up the vehicle. No gimmicks, no hidden cost. Paid exactly as promise a price, and confirmed the availability of the vehicle, fast paper work, picked up the vehicle. No gimmicks, no hidden cost. Paid exactly as promised. Very friendly environment. Ray Fagin (Client Services Manager ) was helpful and provided the best price, compare to the competitors in the area. Very good communication skills, and timely reply. Curt Gittelman (Sales Consultant) was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Completed the transaction with reasonable time. Tom Gattorno (General Sales Manager) made sure all aspects of the deal were completed as promised. Dealer was nice enough to pick me up from house. So all team members get A+++. I’d recommend this dealership and will do business again. 2010 MDX. More
Working with the sales team at Precision Acura made the daunting task of purchasing a new vehicle a distinct pleasure. I was ‘only looking’ and was immediately put at ease by Jim Swett who patiently liste daunting task of purchasing a new vehicle a distinct pleasure. I was ‘only looking’ and was immediately put at ease by Jim Swett who patiently listened to me and only then made suggestions. After first hearing about and then test driving a new ‘TL’, it was apparent Jim knew what he was talking about. I was especially impressed by the time spent with me, carefully explaining the features of the vehicle, making sure all my questions were answered, and not hurrying me at all. Jim certainly brought me past the ‘only looking’ stage. Negotiating a selling price with Jim and General Sales Manager Tom Gattorno was equally as pressure free as the test drive. It took less than ten minutes to reach a figure that all parties felt was fair and reasonable. Frank Spalluto subsequently explained my financing options with patient expertise. To my surprise, the entire team at Precision made the purchase of a new car extremely pleasurable. I would certainly recommend this dealership as a ‘first stop’. More
