My name is Mitchell Brenner and I am the eCommerce Manager at Precision Acura of Princeton. I'm so sorry to hear about your experience with the vehicle you purchased. The vehicle was thoroughly checked out prior to delivery and we certainly believe the vehicle was in good working order prior to your picking the vehicle up. After speaking with our pre-owned manager he assured me that the vehicle was in excellent condition when it left our premises. That being said, as with any 2003 vehicle things can go wrong. It is close to eight years old. That is why you were offered an extended warranty on this vehicle which our Business Manager tells me he went over with you in detail. As is your right you declined the Warranty and decided to take the vehicle as is without an additional warranty. The warranty was for 30 days or 3000 miles whichever came first. It is unfortunate that the vehicle had a problem after 90 days but it is positive that Acura worked with you to bring the price down. Hopefully your vehicle is fixed and driving well and this is the last problem you have with it. It is a terrific automobile and we hope you enjoy it for many years.
