I recently purchased a 2010 TL and I was very pleased with the way the process was handled. This included the intial conversations with Jim to understand the type of car I was looking for, Jim's commitment to keeping me informed, the pricing discussions with the sales manager, the financing process, and the extremely thorough explanation of all of the features of my new TL. I found everyone to be very patient and thorough in answering all of my questions and also respectful of how important the decision to purchase a new vehicle was to me. I definitely would work with Precision Acura again in the future. More
I love my MDX!!! My husband and I contacted Precision Acura looking for a specific feature and color combination MDX in May. They were able to order our MDX, and we picked it up 4th of July weekend. Fr Acura looking for a specific feature and color combination MDX in May. They were able to order our MDX, and we picked it up 4th of July weekend. From the start, Michael Vozza was very friendly, courteous, informative, and helpful. He contacted us several times to let us know where our MDX was in the process, and then to schedule a time to pick it up. He spent a great amount of time going over all of the features, programming the memory, and answering any questions we had. Most recently, I accidentally reset the memory settings for my key, and I was going crazy. Michael came to the rescue. He took the time to walk me through each setting over the phone, the same way he did on the day I took delivery. He is a lifesaver. Thank you Michael, and thank you Precision Acura! More
I have had two Acura's serviced at Precision over the past 6 years and have been provided excellent customer service, quality of work and fair pricing on all service work. In October I decided to purchase a new car and after research and test drives I decided to purchase an Acura TL AWD. Precision sold me a new 2009 at a price that US News & World Reports rated as a "Great" price, however, the 2010s were already out so I can not quite be sure if the price was low enough for a 2009 leftover. We are very satisfied and the price issue is just a little nagging doubt. More

My wife and I drove 1.5 hours after work from Manhattan to see a used 2008 Acura RDX. We walked in and no one was there to greet us, Eric, the sales guy saw us but stayed on the phone. I had to approach to see a used 2008 Acura RDX. We walked in and no one was there to greet us, Eric, the sales guy saw us but stayed on the phone. I had to approach one of the desks to get their attention and finally they motioned for him to get off the phone. I understand maybe the day was winding down since we arrived 45 mins before closing but it sure didn't seem like anyone was happy to see us. The salesman Eric did not say much leaving me to ask all the questions even during the test drive remained mostly silent as if he was put off having to show us the car in the first place. My experiences with other dealerships were vastly different. Sales people will happily chat away with you. They talk about the car and it's features. After the test drive, we got down to talking about the price. I gave the sales guy my offer and he seemed shocked by it. I know my offer was fair from the research I have done. He says, we don't talk thousands, we talk hundreds when we negotiate. The price is already low, blah blah. Then he asks about trading in my car, asks for the keys and has someone take a look at it. He comes back afterwards with a trade-in value $1500 less than the lowest Kelley Blue Book value. Claiming scratches on despite the low mileage is the cause of the low value. (I know how much it costs for a simple paint job and they can re-sell this car for much higher easily). So basically on top refusing to budge on the price on the car they are low balling me on my trade-in. They also didn't like the fact that we were going to put down a large down payment reducing their opportunity to make some money off of financing. The sales guy finally brought the sales manager in who said he can offer a thousand less. what happened to negotiating in the hundreds only?) This would just about cover the low ball offer for my trade-in. Anyway, the bottom line was they did not seem willing to work with me. I would have been willing to negotiate upwards, I had some leeway but all they were interested spinning their wheels and offering the same price in different ways. Worse yet they wasted our time and not letting us leave going through all the usual posturing of going back and forth from sales guy to sales manager getting a "better" quote. Like I said, maybe it was because it was late. Maybe it's because I was in jeans and sneakers. (I work in the technology field, we tend to dress casually, doesn't mean we don't make as much as the next guy.) But whatever it is, this was definitely not a pleasant dealer visit. More

Spoke to Tom Thornton who was very courteous and professional over the phone; decided to visit the dealerhip in person. Since I already test drove the car, my discussion with sales people (Mark and then Tom) was mainly about the price. I did my research and had certain amount in mind. That day, Precision's offer was 30 dollars higher than the monthly amount I was willing to pay. As a comparison - offer that I received from another dealership (Acura of Ocean) was 150.00 dollars higher than my amount. After several conversations over the phone with Mark we were able to make a deal that everyone was happy with. I wanted my car in black - it took Mark and the company couple of days to locate it at another dealership. Mark and Tom were very professional during negotiations - no games, did not waste my time like the other dealership that I mentioned. Debro worked extra hard to get financial paperwork in order. I had a great experience leasing the car at Precision Acura and I highly recommend this dealership. More

It was a pleasant experience and in the end we purchased a great car which we are very happy with. We are first time Acura owners -- all our other cars have been General Motors cars, Chevy and Oldsmobile. It was a giant leap for us to purchase something other than GM. It came down to the Acura and Audi. We both liked the TSX -- the way it looked and handled, we liked the Audi very much as well. The game breaker was that the TSX was available and on the lot, Michael was great, as were others at the dealership, and the deal was made. Everyone was happy except the very nice people at Audi. Since we will be needing another car, I haven't tossed the Audi completely aside, nor have I thrown out the possibility of another Acura -- I sure do love the TSX. Time will tell! Again, I love the TSX and it's ashame a car can't realize what a wonderful owner it just received -- my husband takes very, very good car of his cars and I hope to enjoy this one for a long, long time. Thank you, Donna and Dan Evanko More
