We had already reduced our new car choices to a limited list, but to appease our son who is an Acura fan, and more specifically a Precision Acura of Princeton advocate, we agreed to look at the Acura TL. I have to first state that I do not look forward to the buying or leasing experience, which I go through every 3 years for my own car and fortunately less for my wife's. However, working with Ronnie DuBow and Precision Acura of Princeton was a new and pleasurable experience. This car is to be driven 95% by my wife and all of her questions, no matter how minor or major were answered. It was also important for her to know that she could fit her mother's wheelchair in the trunk, so Ronnie drove with us to the house to test it out. All along there was no pressure to make a sale. All they asked was an opportunity to give us a price; fair enough. That's why they're there and why I was also, but there was no "what do you want to pay?" like most dealers ask. Duh, nothing. The price was more than fair, and we even upgraded - no pressure again - my idea since the pricing was so good. Bottom line, Ronnie's an excellent salesman because he sold without selling and made our experience an enjoyable one; Precision Acrua of Princeton is a no pressure place to do business, and I'd recommned this dealership to anyone and thank our son for steering us there. More

I have been going there for 5 years for service and have had a pleasant experience each time. I did not even purchase my car there, but have never had a problem getting loaner cars, and they even fixed an issue with my new-to-me CPO TSX when I found a problem soon after purchase. As a young woman, it can be difficult finding a dealership you can trust, because sometimes they take advantage or treat you differently, but not Precision Acura. In addition, the employees in the service department are very friendly and helpful. The building is very clean and the waiting area is very comfortable, with large black leather chairs, a tv, free refreshments, and free internet with a computer to use. Call me crazy, but I am actually quite anxious about finding a new dealer when I move to NY. I trust Precision to be fair, honest, and do the job properly; that can't be said for all dealerships. Trust and loyalty are big. I love my car and will likely purchase another Acura in the future, partly because of this dealership and the service I have received there. Props to everyone there. More
My experience with Ronnie at Precision Acura was very good. I visited Open Road Acura in East Brunswick about a year ago and ended up walking out after 2 completely wasted hours. Ronnie was very helpful, pleasant, and thorough. He followed up with me several times to keep me in the loop on the status. Negotiations were easy and no real pressure was applied. He's courteous, professional, flexible & accomodating. These folks typically go well beyond my expectations. I get in & out on time, so my service visits are always worked around my schedule. As someone who works ten hour days on a good day, having a service department that's flexible makes all the difference in the world. Frequently, when asked to turn my car's service around in a timely manner, they do exactly that. Of course, by following their recommended (preventative) maintenance schedule, my TL runs almost flawlessly. I have the highest praise for Brian & his team. More

I was looking for a good deal online for a used Acura TL with low miles. Luckily, I ran into Precision Acura of Princeton. I am happy to say it has been a full week with my TL and it is awesome! I recently purchased a 2010 TL and I was very pleased with the way the process was handled. This included the intial conversations with Jim to understand the type of car I was looking for, Jim's commitment to keeping me informed, the pricing discussions with the sales manager, the financing process, and the extremely thorough explanation of all of the features of my new TL. I found everyone to be very patient and thorough in answering all of my questions and also respectful of how important the decision to purchase a new vehicle was to me. I love my MDX!!! My husband and I contacted Precision Acura looking for a specific feature and color combination MDX in May. They were able to order our MDX, and we picked it up 4th of July weekend. From the start, Michael Vozza was very friendly, courteous, informative, and helpful. He contacted us several times to let us know where our MDX was in the process, and then to schedule a time to pick it up. He spent a great amount of time going over all of the features, programming the memory, and answering any questions we had. Most recently, I accidentally reset the memory settings for my key, and I was going crazy. Michael came to the rescue. He took the time to walk me through each setting over the phone, the same way he did on the day I took delivery. He is a lifesaver. Thank you Michael, and thank you Precision Acura! More
