Otto, your the best. I appreciated your politeness, courtesy and your efforts in making the deal work. I would recommend you to anyone I know without hesitation. Thanks for your help. I appreciated t courtesy and your efforts in making the deal work. I would recommend you to anyone I know without hesitation. Thanks for your help. I appreciated the follow-up call also. My experience was going very nicely (salesman, price, selection, timeframe doing the deal) until the finance end of the deal. I buy a new car every three years and never experienced the way the financing was handled. In my experience when you're doing your own bank financing, the dealership holds onto the loan contract until you come in with the bank funds.(filling out the loan contract in case you don't get approved by the bank) Frank in the Financing dept. overnighted the contract to Acura the day I bought the car.(on a weekend)I had the funds that Monday. I called Acura Financial to cancel the account and they told me to have the dealership cancel the paperwork.(No acct. was established yet with Acura) I called the Mgr.and expressed my situation to him. He said he would investigate and get back to me. My next phone call was the next day from Frank telling me an account was now set up with Acura and call them for a payoff. It cost me an additional $67.00 for 3 days interest for what I consider a lack of courtesy from the dealership. I would highly recommend Otto as your salesman, (thanks Otto)they had what I was looking for at the price I was happy with, but beware of the financing end of the deal. More

Thorough, polite and professional totally describe the new car purchase experience when dealing with Otto. Completely stress free--as it should be. While Otto is new to the Precision family he is not new to Acura. I have followed Otto from his previous dealership in Montclair, NJ and will continue to purchase new Acura's from him until he retires. More

Good Dealership, Friedly people. I would recommend it to others. Have yet to experience their service but if it is anything like their sales, it should be good. Hope they do well in this tough market. others. Have yet to experience their service but if it is anything like their sales, it should be good. Hope they do well in this tough market. Good luck! Excellent salesman, Michael Vozza, not pushy, very nice. My 12 year old son waited comfortably in the service waiting area where he watched TV, played on the computer and enjoyed a snack. The general sales My 12 year old son waited comfortably in the service waiting area where he watched TV, played on the computer and enjoyed a snack. The general sales manager, Tom Gorttano, was very helpful and gave us a good price on a new MDX sport model, and a good price on our trade-in. This is the second MDX we purchased from Precision Acura, 7 years to the day of our first MDX purchase. When we went to pick up the car, everything was ready for us and the workings of the car were explained in a clear concise manner. We were told to call with any questions, at any time.I had my 2002 MDX serviced exclusively at Precision Acura, and in 7 years, never had any problems with the car or the service department. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to a long happy relationship! More

Recently, I purchased my 5th Acura from Jim Swett. Need I say more about Precision Acura and Jim! I have always found him to be knowledgeable and fair in his dealings with me. His understanding and patience say more about Precision Acura and Jim! I have always found him to be knowledgeable and fair in his dealings with me. His understanding and patience made my 5 purchases of Acuras pleasant and painless. Prices were in line with other dealers and extras were suggested but never pushed. All in all, based upon my experience in dealing with Jim, I would recommend always asking for him at Precision Acura when purchasing an Acura. I might add that my dealings Rodney in the service department over the years have been outstanding, very professional with the offer of a complementary loaner if I could not wait and always a car wash when the work was completed at the promised time. Precision Acura was very rude and disrespectful. Reneged on a three day old price because their inventory levels went down. xxx does that mean? Ended up buying from Davis Acura in langhorn, PA. They were very honest, professional and worked hard to make me a good deal. The new TL w/ tech is great. More
I have visted the Precision Acura dealership several times and interacted to my delight with Tom, the internet sales manager. However, this is the only good experience that I've had with this dealership times and interacted to my delight with Tom, the internet sales manager. However, this is the only good experience that I've had with this dealership. On my first test driving experience, my wife and I met with Otto, a new salesman to the dealership. Once we finished the average test drive, we proceeded to discuss the price. After sharing with him him what we were looking for in the price, he in no uncertain terms let us know that we were at the "wrong dealership." My original offer reflected a near average of what NADA, Edmunds.com and Kelly Blue Book suggested as retail price. I was not asking for anything outrageous. Having thick skin, I decided to visit the dealership again a week or so later. After finding a nice MDX and communicating with Tom again, I agreed to take this for a test drive. We met with Eric, who seemed put off that he had to help someone. Thinking little of his pompous attitude, we drove the car and agreed to discuss the price further. Sitting at his desk I mentioned the price that Tom had emailed me earlier and gave the email chain to Eric. I offered a price that was lower, as any well-informed buyer would. He promptly told me no. I suggested that we meet in the middle. Again my offer was in line with recommended internet pricing. We discussed this furhter and Eric said that he would check with his sales manager, Mike Sullivan. Mike shook our hands, and we again submitted our offer. He told us that the car was priced low to bring people in and that there was no room for any additional flexibility. I told him that I understand there's a bottom line but explained that I would be paying mostly in cash, that my financing was ready to go, and that we'd be ready to sign a deal immediately. He bruskly responded that this car was priced for the "bottom feeders," making it clear that we were stupid for wanting to negotiate a slightly lower price. We left completely offended. Mind you that I could pay cash for nearly any car on the lot if I wanted. I'm a well informed consumer, and because I understand finance and maintain a budget, I have set a limit to what I will spend on a car. I found their demeanor and tone insulting, and my wife is still upset about how she was treated. I'm still going to purchase a car, but you can be confident that I will not be spending any of my money at this dealership. More
