Anna went above and beyond to assist in the lease of a new ram 1500. While there was an issue with the finance manager (who is no longer there) Anna jumped in, even when it was not here area, and made su new ram 1500. Absolutely the worst experience of my life. I purchased a truck 2 weeks ago. It was certified pre owned and it has been back 2 times already for various issue. Service department is horrible and Brian the service manager is rude and nasty. He doesn’t get back to you when called and has no problem just keeping your vehicle as long as he pleases without even speaking with you about it. The finance department lied to me about a few thing. The biggest thing they lied about was my due date on my first payment. Had I not checked with the finance company I would have missed it. The salesman also try and hide a lot from you as well. Told me I was sold a certified preowned and that it went over a multiple point inspection. Within the first 2 weeks I have had a leaking tire from a poorly installed plug, a chip windshield that they told me was already filled and I’m stuck changing the windshield, and they can’t seem to fix my headlights (they even removed the LED bulbs that they sold me the truck with). In the end even had the gaul to try and tell me that the changing of the headlights cost them $300 like it was something I was getting for free. They couldn’t get the installed headlights to seal changing them wasn’t doing me a favor when I buy a extended warranty. Biggest recommendation is go somewhere else. There is only 1 stand up person I met in this whole place and he doesn’t run the whole place. Run to anywhere else but here. Better off on the bus then buying from them. More

Having just relocated to this area, this was my first experience with this dealership. The service advisor Brian could not have been any more professional.
