Hi, Carlos, As you'll recall from our correspondence, we offered you a full vehicle detail (which you have yet to redeem) and replacement key batteries (which you accepted) for both of your key fobs. Because your windshield was damaged while in your care, we were unable to assist with a repair, and recommended that you contact your insurance to have it addressed. We wish you many happy travels in your new 4Runner!

Just to be clear, my comments are the same. There are two marks/ cracks on the windshield prior to my purchase. It is unfortunate that you do not have record of it. Logically they did not happen within 7 days of my purchase to when the survey came out. I think you are trying to be helpful by advising me to seek assistance through my insurance company instead of offering services from Precision, correct? Respectfully, this was not asked of you nor appreciated. I did not expect a response from my survey but do appreciated the fact that someone read it. Hopefully others read it too.
