RECOMMITTING MR. JAFF JAFFERI AS THE MAN TO CONTACT. I decided to buy a 2016 TOYOTA COROLLA from Precision Toyota because I had previously purchased a 2008 Corolla LE there. The purchase at that time wen I decided to buy a 2016 TOYOTA COROLLA from Precision Toyota because I had previously purchased a 2008 Corolla LE there. The purchase at that time went smoothly and my Corolla with 60,000 miles on it drove like a new car. Jaff Jafferi greeted my wife and me when we arrived at the Precision show room. I told Jaff what I wanted and he wrote up the Contract stating the criteria. We were very pleased to be able to meet some one so pleasant. The process was very smooth, knowledgeable, and intelligent. I was very happy when I drove off the Precision Toyota Lot. When any of my friends are contemplating buying a car I will be pleased to recommend Mr Jaff Jafferi to complete the sell. More

I felt comfortable already. When my friend handed him all the research he'd done on the Prius, Michael assured us he would do his best to get us the pricing we wanted. So not only did he help my friend, but me as well. My friend and I both left there with brand new Prius's. It took a few hours, but the whole time we were there it was a pleasant experience. Michael's office was nice and quiet and he offered us water. Michael worked very hard to accommodate us.. Thank you, Michael, Bobby and Moe!!! More
My Brand New 2016 Toyota Corolla After visiting Sierra Toyota a couple of weeks prior, I decided to give this place a try. I really had my mind set on getting a new Toyota car. Sierra Toyota denied me the opportunity of getting a new vehicle because of low credit. They said that I could only get a used car or cosign. That was definitely not pleasing to hear at all. I decided to call Precision Toyota the next day. I called a guy named Mr. Abou Tounkara. He insured me that he will help me get a good deal on a brand new car. That was exciting to hear! When the time for the appointment finally arrived, I got to meet Mr. Tounkara. I discussed with him what Toyota car I had interest in. He let me test drive whatever I wanted, he helped me research, and also make the process easier for me with his willingness to put customer service his first priority. After the car shopping, I decided on getting a 2016 Corolla. He helped me get a great deal on it! He also made the trade in process very easy and simple for me. I highly recommend Precision Toyota and also Mr. Abou Tounkara for anyone out there looking to get a good deal on a Toyota vehicle. Mr. Juan Ramirez was also very helpful for the final paperwork process. More

Very happy with purchase! My dad has been wanting a brand new truck for so long, and since there was only one left in Tucson of the Tacoma 2015 model, he had to get it! I am glad that the dealer worked with him to getting to the price that works well for him. Jaffari, or "Jaff", was very understanding and respectful of what we were saying and asking for. My dad told me before that another dealer from Precision was very rude to him almost a year ago, and he crumbled the paper they were looking at and threw it in the trash because they could not come to the same terms. This is very rude and disrespectful, however, I am glad Jeff is not like that at all. Communication is key to everything, and Jaff made it simple and straight forward. It was very easy to contact him for any help or any questions. He is sincere than most dealers I have met because he literally goes out of his way to make customers like us happy. For example, my dad needed help with setting up apps on the navigation system, and Jaff was more than willing to help. Michael, another sales worker, also was very helpful in terms of trying to get us situated before he had to leave. He tried his best to talk with Jaff and his manager. Overall, my dad is very happy with his purchase and loves his new 2015 Tacoma! Thanks! More

When I visited the dealership there were no unexpected changes to the deal or hidden costs. I bought the car for the negotiated price without any additional pressure. More

Salesman Abou Tounkara was a pleasure to work with; he and others found us our perfect vehicle in our perfect color. There were some "miscommunications" as we went through the financing process, but a detailed email from me to the general manager and others brought about an immediate response, and the issues were resolved quickly. Will never go back Went to Precision to lease a new car or possibly purchase a used one. Had some credit concerns because of a recent bankruptcy. I believe his card said “Customer Relations” as the title. He said getting a lease would be harder so we walk to the used car lot next door. I end up taking a 2012 Nissan Altima for a test drive. Love the car so we start talking prices. Kevin shows me a printout that states the car costs $21,000+ dollars. After tax, license, doc fee etc… its Just over $24,000. Tells me if I put $1000.00 down my payments will be $350 per month. Runs my credit. Says my score is good but I don’t have my bankruptcy discharge papers yet so I need to come back in a few weeks and they will sell me the car. I drive home and pull up the car on the internet to show some family members what it looks like and see the car listed for $16,999 not the $21,000+ Keven told me it cost. It also stated it could be financed for $232 per month. I drove back to the dealer and verified the VIN# in the online ad matched the VIN# on the car I drove. I then tracked down Keven to give him his card back and tell him that I felt like they were trying to rip me off. Telling me a car costs $21000.00 when the real price is $17,000.00. When I showed him the ad online he asked if I complained to the the sales manager because “he was the one” that told him what the price of the car was. I don’t even know who the sales manager is but one of them is a crook. Kevin stormed off. Not sure if he was mad at the sales manager or mad that he got caught trying to screw me over. Either way, Im not going back and regret letting them do an inquiry on my credit. I only make $1600 per month so overcharging me by $4000.00 on a car is A LOT of money for me. More
