In for oil change, advised service person maintenance required notice already on. Upon “completion” of the job, I paid. Receipt stated no oil change or filter exchanged. Top off and some vehicle inspection?? Not what I asked for. Explanation then was, it still needed 1k miles before the req oil change. Well I could have made a decision to return at that time or do complete oil change then. Spent 2 hours waiting for a brief inspection with an appt. I was asked to wait another 2 hours, I told them my only day off and was not planning on spending my whole day at dealership lobby. Their mistake, they provided a loaner, but still want another $80 in addition for correcting their mistake. Very disappointed. Will not use this location again. Service guy stated he was new, and try offer waive the oil change and make it right, then called me and told me his manager said no and I have to cover full amount. More
Staff was extremely courteous and had amazing customer service. They treated me like family. They researched the problem and fix it with out charging me. The service was quick. I came in for a service today, I didn’t realize there was no walk-in lane, but Kalie Ray was so sweet and got me scheduled in very quickly, there was a miscommunication in the mix but she was so nice and acc no walk-in lane, but Kalie Ray was so sweet and got me scheduled in very quickly, there was a miscommunication in the mix but she was so nice and accommodating! They give me a $3000 quote for set of tire replacement. Breakdown: Mount and balance the tires: $2994.08 225/60R18 100H DUNLOP GRANDTREK PT20 Tire balancing: $49.95 Tire Alignment: $119.95 Break flush: $124.95 It's a $200 tire. $3000 for a set of tires. total rip-off. The Collision shop did an amazing job replacing a door lock actuator on my 97 TOYOTA CELICA GT which is in very clean condition which I thought was not going to be repairable since the lock failed closed lock actuator on my 97 TOYOTA CELICA GT which is in very clean condition which I thought was not going to be repairable since the lock failed closed and the door could not open. I was proven wrong and they were able to open the door and replace the part. Very Impressed and did an awesome job! The other TOYOTA dealer which was actually closer to me sucked and going the extra miles to get to the Collision center was totally worth it More
