Todd was great to work with. He showed us a color we hadn't considered in the Camry model we were interested in. He allowed us to take a nice long test drive to see how the car handled. When I went to Precision Toyota Carlos meet me and spent a great deal of time explaining the differences between the new pickups. When I left I knew exactly what I wanted. Carlos was very friendly and did an excellent job of answering my questions. Since this was a hybrid, I was concerned about the amount of space in the trunk, and being able to fit suitcases in it. He let me drive it to my house, so that I could verify my luggage would fit! As far as the price is concerned, I feel I got a good deal, but not a great deal. I did a bit of research (usaa, costco) before going into the dealer, so I knew what price I wanted to pay, and I ended up paying about $400 over that. I downgraded the overall experience to good, because of my experience in the finance office. If you can't "Just say NO!", then I would be careful buying here. These guys want an insane amount for their extended warranty and maintenance programs. For the Camry I bought, they wanted almost $5000 for both of those. Recall that Jim Click offers lifetime maintenance, and while they do price that into their cars, it's listed right on their sticker for less than $1000 for a similar car. Yes, they put synthetic into Toyota's, but that means less oil changes. After saying NO in the finance office, I did a little looking around, and found a 5yr/100k extended warranty for $639 from USAA bank. One caution here... If you do get an extended warranty on your own, make sure to research the company you are buying from. There are a lot of fly by night places out there, but there are good ones too. Add those together, and you are at maybe $1600. Obviously, you probably don't have another option for the maintenance program, but just know that there is a hefty price tag on it. More

I did preliminary pre-purchase of a 2112 Prius through the internet with Sal Messina and it was an excellent experience. Of course there was some negotiating but it was so much better than what I have the internet with Sal Messina and it was an excellent experience. Of course there was some negotiating but it was so much better than what I have gone through, in the past, with other dealers. Sal made it very easy. The car we wanted was available and ready to go when we got to the dealer. There was no high pressure to upgrade to a more expensive car and the final signing of the sale papers was fast and easy. I have been a customer of Precision Toyota of Tucson for about 3 years for service on my 2006 Prius and was always very satisfied with that service. As is quite obvious, I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Precision Toyota and Sal Messina. More
