I have a history with the dealership and was made to feel very welcome. I wasnt planning on purchasing a vehicle but i saw one i loved and wanted to try it out. i was able to get payments lower than what i w very welcome. After having a horrible experience with CarMax I was very hesitant to go to any other dealer. With my guard up I contacted Precision Toyota expecting to get the same kind of run around and nonsense I got from CarMax. To my surprise I was contacted by a very professional, and nice sales rep (Albert Gianquinto). He made the process of buying my beautiful 2011 Toyota Camry very easy. Customer service was excellent from the time we walked onto the lot someone was asking us what we needed or who we wanted to see without being over-bearing. Our salesperson Mr. Gianquinto was really nice,knowledgable with regard to the vehicle we were interested in and able to anwser our questions about the many features that the vehicle had. The price at the onset was reasonable, however, Mr. Gianquinto still went to bat for us when we asked for a lower amount and got it. This is just one example of his courtesy and there were many. Thank you Albert! We love our truck. I need to mention the often dreaded financing process because we went to purchase this vehicle with pre-approval from our financial institution. Bobby in financing who has at least 18 years experience was still able to find a better rate and our own credit union could not compete with it, so be patient-he is a real professional. This isn't the first vehicle we purchased from Precision Toyota, but it is the first time that we ever returned to the same dealership because of the GREAT service we received the first time. They are the "poster" example of good service from beginning to the end. More

I was looking for a 2012 Toyota Tacoma and requested three on-line quotes, two from Phoenix and one from Precision.
