I was looking to replace an older truck (23 years old, 3/4 ton 4x4 p/u) with something smaller but still pretty handy for chores, camping, daily driver. While pro-active he wasn't too pushy. We checked out a few Jeep models, test drove one and he didn't get too concerned when we took it on the freeway into heavy traffic to check out soft-top wind noise. Most of the vehicles, I didn't fit and that took a fair amount of time getting keys, running seats back and down, etc. We were primarily kicking tires but he stuck with us. Usually, sales people drop you for more lucrative possibilities or just wasting their time, but he hung in there. We finally tried a TrailBlazer which was in great shape for it's age, I've driven them at work and a relative has one, so I knew what they were, but he opened it way up, opened under the seats, crawled under it with me. Made a good deal, and we took it home. Marco finished the paperwork and that went about as quickly as it could have. All in all, a pleasant experience. More

I should have gone directly to Don-A-Vee instead of wasting my time with Ontario Jeep, Orange Coast Jeep/Chrysler, and Tuttle in Tustin. Once I found the Jeep Wrangler that I wanted, it was just a matter of working out the fine details with the sales team. Because we had a babysitter watching our kids, we had to leave during negotiations. Tom (the sales manager) called me later that evening and gave me the great news of meeting our requests. I received top dollar for my trade-in (more than I could have sold it for myself) and matched the other dealers in the area on the cost of a new Jeep. I've purchased close to 35 cars in my lifetime and this was by far the most professional, most considerate, and most friendliest staff I've ever experienced. In addition, Jeremy in finance was more than helpful. There was never a moment where we felt pressured or mislead. We were so grateful for the experience, we returned with a few dozen of gourmet cookies from French's Bakery! Some dealers in the Orange County area may be larger, but don't be fooled by their inventory and false advertising. Don-A-Vee is truly the 1940's/1950's version of "It's a Wonderful Life." The sales person Titus Thomas wasn't into the hard sell or pressure tactics, otherwise we would have walked away. Titus was very attentive and kept us updated throughout the whole process which made us feel like we came to the right place. We told the sales manager what we wanted to pay and the sales manager made it happen. Julie the finance manager was excellent, fast and efficient. She does try to sell you on some additions which we understand is part of her job... and she ended up making it very reasonable for us and we were pleased in the end. We appreciated her efforts and honesty. The sales process went through effortlessly and we drove away with a beautiful Chrysler 200. Friends who see our car and know what we paid tell us what a great deal we got and we feel that way also! Overall, we will definately go back to them for future car purchases. I love my Chrysler 200!
