Don-A-Vee service is the top of the line. The crew at Don-A-Vee from the service manager Eric to the master techs and foreman are by far the best in the business. They are the most experienced and professional service department I have ever dealt with. No BS here they will diagnose and solve all your problems without charging for unneeded work. They are accurate with their estimates in both time and cost. They are quick to order needed parts and avoid unnecessary rental car expenses where possible. I am quite comfortable working on most of my vehicle and have some automotive training, I never hesitate to bring my vehicle to them weather I do not have time or I am unable to repair something myself. The combined experience of their service staff is unbelievable, I do not think there is another dealership in California that comes close. Let me just say that if the sales department is anything like service I would buy my next jeep from them in a hot second. If you are less than 75 miles away from Placentia it is well worth the drive.
