when i came in i wasn't planning to buy a car, i just wanted to look. I had talked to Mike on the phone the night before i went in and he said i could come in whenever i wanted to and check the vehicle o wanted to look. He took us over to the new vehicle lot and let us test drive a Patriot. We loved the car right away, but were concerned about pricing and our trade-in. He brought Kenny in to help us out and he was equally as great! Kenny asked a few questions about what was comfortable for us and what we were hoping for and then left for a few minutes to figure some things out. He came back showed us an offer and it seemed too good to be true. My girlfriend and I talked about things over for about 20 minutes and we were sold. Kenny made the purchase the easiest choice we have ever made. As for doing the paperwork we were handed off to Stacey who walked us through the details and was extremely friendly. She was fast, efficient, and just pleasant to work with. It was a great car-buying experience! I still can't believe how easy the 3 of them made it, but I'm glad they did!! More

As soon as I walked into the Service area, I was treated with respect and honesty. Unlike Clippinger in West Covina, Don-A-Vee know how to treat their customers. Unlike Clippinger, the vehicle was washed before being returned to us and the inside was clean. Clippinger left the car dirty with grease smudges inside the car. I needed to have the radio/sattelite unit replaced and the only drawback was that the dealer is the only one who can backup the data in the radio, (address book, navegation sites ets). Don-A-Vees systesm was not big enough to backup all my data so I have to re enter it all. Will definently be returning to Don-A-Vee for all my future service needs! More

Jim and I talked over several months about a used car for my wife. Jim told me about a new Chrysler 300. We talked about it and then he made me an absolute killer of a deal so I bought the car. I wanted leather seats and they installed them prior to delivery. The leather is really very high quality and the car warranty covers the leather too. I wanted the backup monitor and Dean made me a great deal on that. When I picked up the car, Jim made sure everything was perfect. He even took the car back into the shop when he spotted a couple of things that just weren't right. This dealership is really first class and I enjoyed working with them. The car is great and my wife loves it, but so do I. I even drove there from Fresno to get this great deal. More
