Service was good in getting the truck checked in. Informed could be awhile before being worked on due to volume of vehicles needing repair. Engine/transmission light on (shifting irregularly). Came on before (vehicle would not shift above second/third gear) but reset itself the next day, a few months before. Was called and the truck was ready earlier than what was discussed. No one discussed what was done. Looking at the receipt it appears they reset the warning (transmission) test drove it. Expect will be bringing it back later. More

Very disappointed with my experience with this dealership. My truck was in the shop for 3 months and it has more problems now once I picked it backed up. I had this vehicle for 8 months and since dealership. My truck was in the shop for 3 months and it has more problems now once I picked it backed up. I had this vehicle for 8 months and since I took it to the dealership to get a new transmission it seems to have more problems. The truck is smoking when I drive, and a few sensor lights are on. I don’t recommend anyone using the service section. More

Unfortunately I’m am not pleased with how i have had to bring my car in several times within the past few months and nothing is being resolved. Check engine like constantly coming on after i have left my car for days even months with this service department all for it to still be the same. I called again today because last i heard from them was a month ago, and i was waiting on a part for my engine. I was told the next appointment that’s available would be November 23,2020. I’m just so upset because they’re tell me it’s okay to drive around all this time with a check engine light and no a/c. I am currently 5 1/2 months pregnant and there’s no reason i should drive around like this. Especially with all of the many times I’ve brought my car to get serviced. I love Mr Vernon and all his patience, I’m just disappointed in the service on the actual vehicle. More
