This was the worse experience ever buying a vehicle. I did not ask for a loaner vehicle and they said it was required until my car came in. I was told that my car would have about 116 miles and it came in with 214 miles. Very dishonest!I wanted a '98 Dodge Grand Caravan for 2300 and worked them down to $2475. I made it clear I will pay CASH for that price and I then left.The next day, Doug called TWICE and told me I coul 2300 and worked them down to $2475. He even told me to get my money ready, and I took off work an hour early. When I get there, he takes us for another test drive. He then brings up that we wants $2700 and claims he meant "ballpark" range price on the phone.I would not leave work early for nothing!Since I made no purchase, I asked for my records back with private info.When he refused, I asked for the "BIG BOSS" and got "RAY FIELDS".(Ray was never in the room)Doug then SHREDS my papers in front of my family's face and throws it in my hands.(How Rude?)When I get to the main office, Ray tries to act like he is the real man, and denies access to Ray Brandt(The Owner) since he probably knows he is in trouble. Ray uses vulgar language at my family and asks us to leave.The next day the Asst.MGR calls and "apologizes" and sounds like bologna! I will never come back. (AT LEAST THEY DONT HAVE MY MONEY! HAHAHA!)They even denied me a CARFAX and allowed me 15 SECONDS to view the engine! And rushes me to the deal! (And they have to jumpstart the van everytime to start it up!!) YOU Figure! They even cheated me on my previous safety recall on my '91 Grand Caravan! I hate them and will warn others and YOU NOT TO GO THERE! More
