We traded our 2023 Nissan Murano Platinum for a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee yesterday. I'm not a big fan of dealerships and car salesmen because its like pulling teeth to get a good deal. That being said, our experience at Bergeron Chrysler Jeep in Metairie was a pleasure. Our salesman, Barry, was not the least bit pushy, and Steve in finance never tried to talk us into any add-on stuff after we told him we didn't want any of them. Further more, we drove there from Lafayette to see a 2023 Jeep Cherokee but it was sold before we got there, and they gave us the 2025 at the same price. We have NEVER had any better experience at a car dealership than we did at Bergeron.

We had a wonderful experience. Walked out in less than 2 hours with our new vehicle. The Sales Consultant, Chris Skouras was very knowledgeable, helpful, made us feel welcome, and made sure that we got the vehicle that I wanted. I would definitely go back again.
