Service advisors are very friendly and helpful when dropping off your vehicle. My major complaint is that you make an appointment weeks in advance and let them know that you have recalls needing to be dropping off your vehicle. Once you bring in the vehicle for your scheduled appointment you have to leave it for days or weeks before you are told if the parts need to be replaced and sometimes they don't even have the parts so you have to pick up the vehicle and then make another trip to complete the job.
