Bad service. Came in @7:40 am for a radiator fan replacement for my 300c. There were 5 cars waiting in front of me..Service guy said he didn't have one in stock and had to order it from Napa. Radiat replacement for my 300c. There were 5 cars waiting in front of me..Service guy said he didn't have one in stock and had to order it from Napa. Radiator fan got delivered at 12 noon. Got car back at 2pm. That's 6 hrs. Wait with a $600.00 bill. You expect my return!!!!. More

My biggest problem was the lack of communication. I felt like I had to call too often in order to get an update on the status of my vehicle. I’m pretty sure my vehicle’s issue wasn’t resolved because unfort like I had to call too often in order to get an update on the status of my vehicle.
