First time I ever had any interaction with Rick he was professional, personable, and seemed honestly genuine. While Mo Has been my service advisor for 10 plus years. I was disappointed in his non- recolle professional, personable, and seemed honestly genuine. While Mo Has been my service advisor for 10 plus years. I was disappointed in his non- recollection of prior occurrences. I was shocked, I found this as just dishonest. Mr. Chuck was so un professional, . I recorded him and myself. Unbelievable. Salesman didn’t tell me anything about my car, did not explain anything to me. Did not fill up my car with gas. Went back to get my temp tag and waited 20 minutes for Quinn to bring my car to get gas and explain anything to me. Did not fill up my car with gas. Went back to get my temp tag and waited 20 minutes for Quinn to bring my car to get gas and still hadn’t come out so I left. 30 minutes later he called. Cochise Brunet was awesome however very friendly and helpful in explaining things! More
