Unhappy with the service I received from the service writer and the shop. I had to drive to the dealership to talk with the service writer to find out what was going to be done with my truck and the wri writer and the shop. I had to drive to the dealership to talk with the service writer to find out what was going to be done with my truck and the writer couldn't give me a straight answer and acted like it was an inconvenience to explain it. It started out with them taking 3 days to get my truck in even though I had an appointment set, the service writer only contacted me once and that was to tell me what I owed the dealership for the work that was done which took 13 days to complete. Once I picked the truck up from the dealer I found multiple things wrong with my truck, they left the scan tool wires hanging in front of the pedals, they didn't clean the oil prints off the outside or inside of the hood, and they had scratched my grill while working on it. More
