Lost my registration during appraisal I went in to look at new Grand Cherokees and to have my current Jeep appraised for a trade-in. During the appraisal, they made a copy of my registrati I went in to look at new Grand Cherokees and to have my current Jeep appraised for a trade-in. During the appraisal, they made a copy of my registration and somehow never returned the registration to my car. I made multiple attempts to contact the salesperson and after being told they would get back to me during that day, I did not hear back from them for multiple days. During those days of waiting, my file was shredded and now I am forced to spend money to obtain a new copy of my registration. This effectively cost me money to go in and have my car appraised. More
