Service Experience Courteous and efficient Staff performed work quickly. I spoke to Mr Moe on the phone and explained that I lived in Houston and didn’t have a lot of Courteous and efficient Staff performed work quickly. I spoke to Mr Moe on the phone and explained that I lived in Houston and didn’t have a lot of time to get the work done. He advised me that if I got the parts to him that evening or early next morning he’d do his best to have them ready by noon and in fact they were. He also took the time to advise of current recalls offered to take care of those within an hour if I brought the truck to him early the next morning. I did bring the truck tn the next morn and although he wasn’t in the work was completed in less than an hour. Great job by Mr Moe and all of the Service staff! More
