Tire replacment I brought my truck in to have a tire replaced under warranty and it was a pain throughout the entire process. They had to order the tire which I could I brought my truck in to have a tire replaced under warranty and it was a pain throughout the entire process. They had to order the tire which I couldn’t really understand, they are not aftermarket tires. Was told that once the tire came in that I would receive a call to bring in my truck the next day which never happened so I called at 1:00 and they said it was in to bring it by at 2:00. Once I get there the service rep that I initially spoke with was at lunch and it seemed to bother the other service reps that they were having to deal with me. 2 1/2 hours later my truck is pulled back out front with the tire replaced. 45 minutes later I walked into the service center and asked if the paperwork was done and again my service rep was gone so my keys and paperwork were just sitting there untouched. I have been to this location 3 times since I purchased my pick up there. Once for service, once to have a paint issue fixed and the tire issue. Both times that it was warranty work the service was awful. I will not use them for any other service needs. Oh and I forgot to mention that the brand new tire that they had just installed was under inflated by 15 psi and they literally just threw the spare in the bed of the truck. I mean I’m not trying to be picky but I paid them 50 grand for this pickup and would expect for that price to be treated a little better and not seem to be a hassle when I need service. More
