Very poor communication and keeping customers informed. I scheduled an appointment two weeks out after speaking with a Service Associate. I listed all of the items needed for attention. They scheduled it as a normal service. resulting, my car sat for 5 days before anyone looked at it. I mentioned that I had a car rental and needed updates. I was given vague updates in terms of days. “1-5 business days” was the best I could get out of them. I alerted the manager of the communication issues and she questioned “why do I keep returning if the service is so bad?” Absolutely awful customer service. Rude manager. Uncommunicative personnel.
