Very poor communication and keeping customers informed. I scheduled an appointment two weeks out after speaking with a Service Associate. I listed all of the items needed for attention. I had mechanical issues to address, some of which had previously been worked on at the very same dealership. They scheduled it as a normal service. resulting, my car sat for 5 days before anyone looked at it. I mentioned that I had a car rental and needed updates. I was given vague updates in terms of days. “1-5 business days” was the best I could get out of them. I alerted the manager of the communication issues and she questioned “why do I keep returning if the service is so bad?” Absolutely awful customer service. Rude manager. Uncommunicative personnel. It was like pulling teeth to get any information on my car. Will never return. More
The service was great and I would recommend and use again. The only issue that I had was that after my oil change, we realized by accident that the oil life hadn't been reset, which would have made a again.
