My contact with Barry Sphar was professional, knowledgeable and responsive, throughout the entire process. Barry continued to reach out for updates and follow up with new dates. He also escalated the problem to the GM and Regional, which resulted in the vehicle arriving. I cannot say enough good about how Barry and the dealership, handled the challenge. Clearly the problem that needs to be address, is on the transportation of built vehicles. This vehicle sat for three plus months, after being purchased, to be transferred to the dealership. I am a long time customer of all Ray Brandt dealerships and will remain that way, despite the challenges faced. More
