I scheduled an appointment ten days in advance and arrived 30min before opening. When I called at 11am they hadn't looked at my jeep yet. So I called again @2 and they said that they had no idea when arrived 30min before opening. When I called at 11am they hadn't looked at my jeep yet. So I called again @2 and they said that they had no idea when they could look at my jeep and that they were booked for over six weeks. I only have one vehicle if it was going to be six weeks I'd like to have known in advance before i missed work. I am currently looking for another dealership to service my vehicle. More

I brought my Jeep in on a Monday at 8 am for a recall after having scheduled an appointment to do so. That afternoon when I called to see if my car was ready I was told they couldn’t get to it that day b after having scheduled an appointment to do so. That afternoon when I called to see if my car was ready I was told they couldn’t get to it that day because They didn’t know it was going in that day. This was after several calls of no one being able to help me. The dealership claims someone else scheduled the appointment but they were unaware of it. This seems unbelievable to me. I had to leave my car there till Wednesday since they were closed Mardi Gras day. Very inconvenient and the service manager was not willing to do better than 1) you can leave your vehicle till Wednesday or 2) we can reschedule. My Jeep has only ever been to this dealership. I never had problems when Terry was the manager. My time is valuable and this one day service turned into a 3 day ordeal More
