It took approximately 4 months to fix my car, which is absolutely unacceptable. The service rep did his best, however the repair technician could have done better by test driving my car before returning i absolutely unacceptable. The 3.5% fee for non paying in cash is another reason I will never return. Given the profits they make, they shouldn’t pass this on to the customer. More
I visited the dealership Wednesday, October 26, 2022 for regular maintenance included a nail in one tire and trouble with valve stems. Cynthia was super professional and took care of everything. Very unacceptable! After speaking with them on the phone about coming in to get an oil change. When I arrived the service adviser and service manager Toosdi Terry refused to provide service to me. It was 4:15 when I showed up. The website says they close at 5:30. Toosdi Terry And her service advisor told me they couldn’t assist me because all of their technicians left for the day. I went to a different ram dealership and got my oil change done. I’ll buy my next car from the dealership that didn’t refuse to service me. More
