It took approximately 4 months to fix my car, which is absolutely unacceptable. The service rep did his best, however the repair technician could have done better by test driving my car before returning i absolutely unacceptable. Toosdi Terry And her service advisor told me they couldn’t assist me because all of their technicians left for the day. I went to a different ram dealership and got my oil change done.
