This dealership has really gone down in the last few years. I don’t even know where to start. From the service associate, to the service manager (Tuesday) to the service technician, we have had a bad ex years. I don’t even know where to start. From the service associate, to the service manager (Tuesday) to the service technician, we have had a bad experience. Our service intake person did an awful job, booking our rental vehicle, keeping us informed with liable information, etc. We Informed his Manager of our Unsatisfied service, and she was closed off ( arms folded as we entered her office) and made every excuse for her worker doing a crappy job. This is our 2nd time bringing our BRAND NEW vehicle in for the same noise in the last 2 months, that has yet to be resolved. Wasted time & Wasted Money again. UNPLEASED More
