Called to check on Jeep after being there for three days. I was informed that They did not even look at it. When I asked why did I make an appointment I was told the appointment is to talk to a service write I was informed that They did not even look at it. Then I was a properly told sir we do not offer same-day service, I replied, ma’am it’s been there for three days .I told them I will will have it picked up that afternoon. When we try to pick it up my keys were locked away so I had to return the next day. Very unhappy !!! More
