Took in my truck for air suspension and power assist issue. The vehicle was in the morning for 2 weeks. The cost was over $5000 to do the repair. I made an appointment and brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and 2 issues with my vehicle. Not sure who my “service advisor” was. I brought my car in first thing in the AM, well be oil change, tire rotation, and 2 issues with my vehicle. Not sure who my “service advisor” was. I brought my car in first thing in the AM, well before the appointment time, and was told someone would call me later to let me know what was going on. I called to check on my car at 3:30 PM. Was told “can’t figure out what’s wrong with it.” And that my car wouldn’t be ready that day. The following day — no call or update about my vehicle so I called again. Was told “we still don’t know what’s wrong.” I asked if anyone even saw it, with hesitation the service advisor said yes. She also told me she did not know when it would be ready could be days to weeks. (Side note my issue was my passenger door not locking and my screen cutting off randomly). I asked if I could use my extended warranty to obtain a rental and was told “you need a diagnosis first and we don’t have one and don’t know when you will get that.” I asked to speak to a manager (Vernon I believe is who assisted me) and he called me back within 10 min with a diagnosis. the originally service advisor was rude, not helpful, and had zero customer service. HIGHLY disappointed. More
