I put my truck in for a recall and because the front end was squeaking and had a rubbing when turn. I was told that they didn’t find the noise are rubbing on the test drive. Within 10 minutes of leaving th was squeaking and had a rubbing when turn. I was told that they didn’t find the noise are rubbing on the test drive. Within 10 minutes of leaving the shop I heard the noise and felt the rubbing again and ever since. The dealer ship said they found cans moving around in the cap of my truck which I’m well aware of and that is absolutely not causing the noise or the Rubbing. I also had my oil changed which is good. But it’s not the reason for the visit. More

My vehicle service took an extremely a long amount of time over 2 months for my warranty repairs. I picked up and return my vehicle within 24 hours at least 5 times. Some of my concerns had not been add time over 2 months for my warranty repairs. I picked up and return my vehicle within 24 hours at least 5 times. Some of my concerns had not been addressed and some additional concerns were brought about because either my vehicle was not tested after repair or high quality work was not done on repair. My sales manager Maurice was awesome he is every time but there are other members of the staff that customer service training may assist. I have used this location for over 15 years and have never been without my vehicle for this long of a duration and never had to return my vehicle as many time due to an incomplete repair. I am use to a higher quality of service. Even with rental coverage on my Mopar lifetime warranty I was without a vehicle for an extremely long period of time. So after my vehicle being held for 2 weeks before it was even inspected I did not pursue the rental option because due to the amount of time my vehicle was in the shop it would have cost me a lot out of pocket. I have purchased a vehicle from this location and have had multiple vehicle service at this location over my 15 years spanned it is convenient because of the proximity to my home. The quality of service though is not what it used to be. More
