My experience at Ray Brandt Dodge service has been the worst I’ve ever had to experience at ANY service shop in my entire life. The #1 issue is I had to go elsewhere to have my vehicle diagnosed and prope worst I’ve ever had to experience at ANY service shop in my entire life. The #1 issue is I had to go elsewhere to have my vehicle diagnosed and properly repaired. Ray Brandt Dodge had my car on at least 3-4 separate occasions for the same complaint and the issue never got resolved. To have my car for over a week and to return it to me having the exact same issue is totally unsatisfactory. I had to bring my car to Affordable Car Care to have it properly diagnosed and repaired. Affordable Car Care also had to go back and correct the wheel alignment performed by Ray Brandt Dodge amongst other things. Ray Brandt Dodge had my steering wheel misaligned with the wheels. While driving, the steering wheel had to be slightly turned to the right in order to travel in a straight line. Affordable Car Care took the time to properly realign the steering wheel. My service advisor at Ray Brandt knew I was totally dissatisfied with the service. He advised the service manager, Chuck, was going to give me a call. As of today, Chuck hasn’t called me. I don’t plan to ever return to Ray Brandt Dodge. I’ll just inconvenience myself and drive to Bergeron for any future service needs. More

Will never buy a used vehicle from here again! Made one payment and my car ended up in the shop and warranty ended. After I bought the car two days later when I turned the windshield wiper on it was split payment and my car ended up in the shop and warranty ended. After I bought the car two days later when I turned the windshield wiper on it was split my battery in my key died within a week I didn’t get a full tank of gas when I left with the vehicle. It has taken 3 months for my replacement windshield that was owed to me. I actually tried to trade it on and with only paying one note no one will give me more than $13,000 and I was sold the car for $20,000. This vehicle was way over priced when sold to me I Wii realized this before. More
