I have two major issues with the service that I received: 1. I came to the service station on 1/19/15 to fix my brakes and cracked belt I was told that they could not service the car because it was not a Ford make and model. The mechanic said I would have to wait for them to order parts from Nissan ( I arrived at 9:15 am and I was told to wait until 2 or 3 pm) or go to the dealer for the service. I went there first because I purchased the car with Premier Ford. I bought a maintenance agreement for over $3, 000 and to say that you cannot provide service when I was told otherwise is ridiculous. I was later told by Ted and the company with the maintenance agreement that I can go to any service station to fix car issues, including Premier Ford. Although my agreement does not cover everything, I was willing to pay for the service to my car. 2. I wanted to cancel my agreement so many times especially due to the situation mentioned above, but I received excellent customer service from the finance manager, Ted. So, when I called the toll free number 1-800-521-4144, I finally received clarification on what was covered by my maintenance agreement.

I think there is a simple misunderstanding here, we can perform any type of maintenence on any type of make and model. Now the only issue at hand is that we don't stock parts for vehicles that aren't fords. That is the norm around any single franchise dealers everywhere. We can however order any parts needed to perform said maintenance, and can get them usually within 1 business day. That is why it is preferable to speak with a service advisor to schedule an appointment and let him know ahead of time that you will be coming with a non ford vehicle and to prepare for the need of certain parts for the services you are looking to receive (oil change, brakes, etc) The only time we recommend that you take your vehicle to a Nissan store, is if they issue a factory recall, or warranty issue, as we don't have the detailed equipment to handle hose concerns, but the great news is that those repairs are usually free to you anyway Please be rest assured that you can always perform maintenence on your vehicle by us, the only thing we need however is ample time to prepare and order the necessary parts for you ahead of time. It is simply impossible for anyone with a non ford to pull up unannounced and expect any maintenence to be done as quick as a ford vehicle pulling in at the same time. As for your second issue I am very happy that you received excellent customer service from Ted, I will be sure to let him know!
