Better the Second Time My husband and I have been with Premier Ford for quite sometime we purchased our '05 Expedition and '13 Explorer with going in with a bad taste we dec My husband and I have been with Premier Ford for quite sometime we purchased our '05 Expedition and '13 Explorer with going in with a bad taste we decided to give it another shot based on what we had experienced with the Explorer. They advised us to give them another try to make things right and so we did. We just took delivery of our third vehicle (lease) from this dealer. This time around we were treated extremely well and find that we were extremely very happy with the dealer, but also with the new vehicle we wanted. Lugi & Regina (god bless luigi's heart to put up with me after being skeptical) teamed up, and with great results. I tortured Luigi threw my TOL (Lol) but he remained calm, professional thru out the whole process helping me with the existing and putting me into the new Lincoln Mkx. We have all we wanted in this car for a great price. I highly recommend Luigi and Regina at Premier Lincoln go in and see for yourself and tell them Hello Kitty sent you. "Its cheaper to keep an existing customer than it is to acquire a new one." More

Two years later, they asked me to return to give them another chance to do things right. This time around i was treated extremely well and find that I'm not only very happy with the dealer, but also with the new vehicle they offered me. Arslan and Khan teamed up, along with the sales manager to put together an amazing deal. Thank you for all the härd work. More

Very unprofessional, Nasty this is for the service center, I wrote one already yesterday and it disappeared. Had my car for service and the guy Rick was very unprofessional and this is for the service center, I wrote one already yesterday and it disappeared. Had my car for service and the guy Rick was very unprofessional and nasty. I returned a call that I received from him and the service advisor and no one answered me. One very important thing that I needed fixed was not done or not done properly. I just brought the car !!! Wish I overheard people complain about Rick and the service before, I never would have purchased a car from there. More

Absolutely horrible everyone including manger was extremely nasty. As soon as i pulled up i was basically attack from all angles bye hungry sales man. Unfortunately this was the only dealership that had the car and color i wanted so i had to do the deal. when it came to delivery of my car the car was filthy stock tags still on plastic on seats an dash was and still is missing floor mats even one of the letters in fusion was hanging off i told them it was unacceptable they told me that i signed for the car its now mine never ever ever again More
