Dwayne was copied on previous emails and never responded despite explicit requests for him to address the issues. I also emailed him again after I was told to in response to my Google review. There has been no response to that email either. We still have outstanding questions that have not been answered. Though, I am not surprised based on all of our prior experiences at your dealership. This is just further reinforcing the lack of responsiveness and accountability trickling from the highest level of management. I will reach out to the owner, Troy Duhon, to document my issues and concerns.
