My overall experience at Premier Honda was wonderful. The men there took great care of us and kept us informed through the entire process. This could not have worked better, because we were practically dismissed by one of the sales managers at Kia Denham Springs. My daughter had recently had her car totaled in a 3-car collision in Baton Rouge, LA. Her job is a bit far from home and she wanted reliable transportation with nice features. Thank you Tierron!!! She got what she really wanted but originally afraid it would be too costly. She loves it and I do too! Kevin Carew, the service Advisor who checked me in he made sure that all of my needs and concerns were met. Mike Lombardino the Service Director made sure that I was able to get the work done on my car made sure that all of my needs and concerns were met. It was easy to schedule a service appointment. I received a call back when I didn’t get an answer. Check in was really good. Mr. Kevin was very friendly and personable. I was told it could take up to 90 minutes and that was acceptable to me. But 3 hours is too long to wait for an oil change. Other positives include the spacious waiting area and the WiFi connection.
