I had an APPOINTMENT for minor service on Tuesday. I finally went Saturday in person to check on my car after trying numerous times to get someone to answer the phone. Needed multiple maintenance codes addressed and a few other issues checked out. Scheduled an appointment, brought the car in, and within a very short period of time had a breakdown of all services that w other issues checked out. It is very sad and discouraging to go to this service department! I have been here three times and have always had an issue with their quality and speed if service. I was also told that they open at 7:30am yo arrive and discover that they opened at 7am! I do not recommend making a purchase from here due to the fact that you can only get service at this unsatisfactory, slow, irresponsible service department!! More
