This Dealership should do a clean sweep on their salesman,Managers, and finance departments. I've been dealing with Honda for many years. I recently purchased a new car and it was the worst experien salesman,Managers, and finance departments. I've been dealing with Honda for many years. I recently purchased a new car and it was the worst experience, it seems as if no one new anything, or could answer any of my questions, they had attitudes and nobody seemed to actually want to work, or enjoyed their jobs. I will never purchase a car from This location again, and I may never purchase another honda again due to the awful customer service. I also had to send my car in for service, in which they said it would be a few days and when I asked about a "loaner" so that I won't be carless they said they couldn't accommodate me. I would not recommend buying from honda. More

Dealership had my vehicle for well over 35 days. I know it was the warranty company but that's what I bought when I bought the car. That's what Premier is selling and I'm not happy about that.
