2010 crosstour My car unexpectly wouldn't start one i stopped at work. They couldn't start it to park the car. Called my stay farm to tow to dealer. Wouldn't take a My car unexpectly wouldn't start one i stopped at work. They couldn't start it to park the car. Called my stay farm to tow to dealer. Wouldn't take a jump. Dealer performed test was good on battery starter was bad paid to fix next week car hesitated to start got to work and car wouldn't start again. Dealer As i they would tow car. Ran more extensive test. Battery is the problem now I need a new one. No problem but they would pay for towing. They never fully corrected problem on first trip. I shouldn't have to pay towing. Very unhappy. Manager still had not called me. Very disappointed. More
