Tire warranty replacement Service was fast and friendly. Dealer called me on time to pick up my tire and replaced the tire within minutes. They even did a quick car wash. 2010 crosstour My car unexpectly wouldn't start one i stopped at work. They couldn't start it to park the car. Called my stay farm to tow to dealer. Dealer performed test was good on battery starter was bad paid to fix next week car hesitated to start got to work and car wouldn't start again. Dealer As i they would tow car. Ran more extensive test. Battery is the problem now I need a new one. No problem but they would pay for towing. They never fully corrected problem on first trip. I shouldn't have to pay towing. Very unhappy. Manager still had not called me. Very disappointed. More
