Worst customer service My daughter bought a used Honda 3 weeks ago and it broke down. They refused to acknowledge the problem was theirs and would not tow it to fix it. Always Great Service!! I have a 2007 Honda Pilot which I took in for an oil change. Calvin Brown was my service person who told me my car needed some extensive work. I thought my car would be tied up all day but it was done in a couple of hours. After talking with my husband we decided to get the remaining done the next day. That work was also done swiftly!!
