My service was not to good but waiting to have my oil change was horrible it took over 2 hours to change my oil,, others customers came in after me left before me,,I ask to check my brakes and tires this change was horrible it took over 2 hours to change my oil,, others customers came in after me left before me,,I ask to check my brakes and tires this was never done I went to a tire shop after leaving Premier Honda and found 1 of my tires was low on air ,,, they did not check my brakes or tires,, this is not the service I usually get from Premier Honda I was very dissatisfied with the mechanics who service my car.. It was a pleasure dealing with Premier Honda until they added a 1,800 dollar hidden charge when we were ready to pay. Not happy at all. They reluctantly drop that down to $675 and I had to convince my wife added a 1,800 dollar hidden charge when we were ready to pay. Not happy at all. He stated that we were being recorded with a camera that he pointed to the ceiling that we didn’t want the extended warranty. The website stated Life Time Warranty if you purchase that vehicle.
